Using the Mac

Get started

Step 1: Power on the wireless mouse and keyboard and bring over to the tech rack. (Mouse power switch is on the bottom. To power up the keyboard at the back right on the side of the keyboard, there is a power button press that until you have a light show up on the front of the keyboard.)

Step 2: Wiggle the mouse and press the space bar to wake the computer. If nothing, locate the Mac mini in the rack. On the back of it, there is a power button. Press that to power up the unit.

Step 3: You should now have video coming through to both the small preview display by the rack and the main TV display. Stay focused on the smaller display as this is our primary control display.

Step 4: Login to the Mac using the password (Click Here) and wait for it to load and boot pro presenter.

Step5: Once ProPresenter has loaded, navigate to the left hand side of the screen where you will see a playlist heading. Under this, there will be a playlist of all the events we have media for loaded.

If you have a pop up that looks something like the image below from ProPresenter , enter the same password you used to login (Click Here) and hit enter.

Step 6: Press the playlist that corresponds to your event or need.

Step 7: Press the slide or media you want to be displayed.

step 8: Make sure that the audience button Is enabled. (This will be located on the right side of the screen above the small preview.) If it’s not green, press that little button - this will engage the main display output.
