Thank you for joining together in this Day of Prayer and Fasting as a church
on 4th December 2023
Prayer Focus:
Pray for your own heart in all the busyness of this season. God wants our heart first.
FOR US TO BE rooted in…
PEACE and carry it into the places we go this Christmas.
PASSION we had at first for Jesus.
PRAISE and push back fear and the darkness.
PRESENCE of God
Pray Ephesians 1:18 over everyone of our church family and every guest attending our Christmas events:
“I pray that your heart will be flooded with light.”
Read Isaiah 61:1-3 and pray that we will be a church that lives it. You will find Jesus with the hurting, the sick, the lonely.
Pray for all of our Christmas Events:
Thank God for every person organising an activity and every volunteer and pray God’s favour and blessing on them.
For the Christmas messages to be anointed “living and effective, sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating even between soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and able to discern reflections and thoughts of the heart”.
Read 2 Chronicles 7:14
God hears our prayers. Please pray for:
Unity - across our church
Protection - especially our Elders and every person involved in our Christmas events.
Our Refugees - for healing and God/and God will meet their needs, and us too. [there will be an opportunity to give to our refugees this Christmas].
Sign up to pop into the Church to pray between 7.00am - 7.00pm. Access is via the Church Hall.
Join us at 7.00pm in the Lower Hall to pray together for an hour.
