Audio Not Working?
Basic First Steps
Make sure the switchers on the wall are powered on and the mixer has a power indicator on and that the amplifier below it is powered on. If the screen is off, press the power button on the front.
Ensure the master fader (furthest right fader) is turned up to around unity (0db).
Look over the other faders and see which labeled fader corresponds to what you’re trying to hear, whether that’s a microphone, the Mac or the TV. Turn up the needed fader until you can adequately hear the source.
Try to only keep the faders up for the channels you are using to minimise the chances of noise and other issues.
If you’re using the Mac and all the channels are up, confirm the audio output is set correctly by going to settings -> sound and ensure the output setting is set to external headphones. If you’re using the TV, make sure the TV volume is set to 20.
